Newfoundland Salt Company's finishing sea salt* is produced in small handcrafted batches from the pure and clean waters of Trinity Bay in beautiful Bonavista, Newfoundland.  The finishing salt has a crisp and delicate crunch that will change the way you eat food.

The Juniper Smoked Sea Salt is smoked for a minimum of 8 hours using only low lying juniper bush which gives an aromatic and sappy smoke flavour.

Use it to finish meat, fish, game, tofu, eggs, cheese-based pasta dishes, or to enhance BBQ and other sauces.

 *Finishing Sea Salt is normally added at the end of the cooking process.
