Crispy Cinnamon Doughnut Pancake Mix

• 2 cups of buttermilk (or milk)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil 
• 2 eggs 
• 6 tbsp vegetable oil 
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter for frying
