Need to return something? Hey, it happens! 

We strive to provide our customers with the very best products, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund.

Your first step should be to contact us at inquiries@hillhead-house.com or by phone at 709-552-1464 so that we can help you to the fullest!

 

GUIDELINES & POLICIES

1. Shipped Online Order Returns.  

    • Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order for online sales that are shipped via mail domestically/internationally.
    • For orders that had Flat-Rate or Free Shipping, goods will be refunded, less our cost to ship the original order.
    • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any items returned to Hillhead House.
    • Please contact us at inquiries@hillhead-house.com to arrange returns on shipped orders.

2. Online Pick-up/Local Delivery Returns & Exchanges.

    • For Orders availing of Pick-Up In-Store/Local Delivery, this return policy begins at pickup/delivery or 1 week after purchase, whichever occurs first.
    • Returns/Exchanges must be made directly to the store in these cases.
    • Exchanges are accepted In-Store only, up to 14 days after date of the start of the above policy.
    • Local Delivery fees are not refundable.
    • Purchases remaining in-store past 3 weeks post purchase are final sale are not refundable and are not eligible for store-credit.

3. In-Store Purchase Returns & Exchanges.

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. 14 days after purchase for Exchange.
    • Gift Receipts are available at checkout on In-store purchases. Items being returned with Gift Receipts are Exchange only up to 14 days post purchase. 

4. All Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied with original receipt and in original packaging.

5. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept items that have been washed or used.

6. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or food products.

7. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any items returned to Hillhead House.

8. We do not offer refunds on custom orders, which include custom measurements, custom colours and non-regular stock items.

9. Purchases will be refunded to original payment method. For individuals that used PayPal to complete their purchase, they will responsible for any fees incurred to return.

10. All Sale Merchandise is Final Sale.
