We are happy to offer flat rate shipping! Rates change depending on the total of your order. ***Please note: Flat rate shipping is not available for oversized and over-weight items. We provide shipping quotes in these cases***

Where flat rate shipping does not apply, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of items in your order. Some exceptions apply (ie: multiples of heavy items such as cement planters or our wood wick candles).
Customers in the US and other international locations are responsible for any taxes and duties applicable upon receiving their package.
***UPDATE Dec 11 2024 - We are Shipping via UPS & Purolator where possible opposed to Canada Post to avoid strike delays. Holiday Shipping Deadline has now passed and orders will be processed as per-usual but without guarantee of delivery by Christmas***
We use Canada Post, Regular Parcel, to ship within and from Canada.
US orders will first be shipped using Canada Post, switching to USPS upon entering the US. On occasion UPS may also be used to ship US bound packages.
International orders will be shipped from Canada using Canada Post, which will then switch to your regional postal service. Please note, on international packages outside of Canada & USA, tracking is not always available. If you require tracking please choose the appropriate shipping service level provided at checkout.
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-4 business days of purchase.
Delivery dates will be automatically estimated, based on your chosen delivery method. Please note: where possible we strive to provide shipping with Tracking, however this may not always be the case for international orders or orders shipped via ground service.
