The Preservatory's exceptional tasting preserves are made in copper pots in small batches using traditional methods and innovative flavour pairings. These preserves are crafted using 'at their peak' in-season fruits, much of which is grown right on their farm, Vista D'oro in South Langley, B.C.

A delicious & versatile combination; Figs blended with Vista D'oro's 2015 D’oro fortified walnut wine - perfect accompaniment for all the delicious cheese in your life.

Ingredients: Figs, sugar, red wine fortified with green walnut infused brandy, lemon juice. May contain walnuts, sulphites.
