~ DARK (70%) Chocolate | Single ORIGIN ~ 

Really have a challenging time thinking about a combination of two ingredients that could outpace chocolate and raspberries.  Together their personas create the most intricate and delicate flavours.  We use Newfoundland raspberries to add that extra feeling of home in every moment of melt.  We stone ground the ingredients until the mouth feel was creamy and smooth.. and the flavours fully developed.
