Blueberry & Bourbon Preserves by The Preservatory

The Preservatory's exceptional tasting preserves are made in copper pots in small batches using traditional methods and innovative flavour pairings. These preserves are crafted using 'at their peak' in-season fruits, much of which is grown right on their farm, Vista D'oro in South Langley, B.C.

This flavourful blueberry jam is perfect on toast, ice cream, or for something different - try it on grilled salmon!

Ingredients: Blueberries, sugar, bourbon, lemon juice. May contain walnuts.
