Partridgeberry White Chocolate Bar

Partridge berry is one of our rare offerings and we make a batch every now and then.  It is our most time consuming recipe, we use over 15Kg of fresh partridge berries and the taste is sweet'n'tart, fresh and irresistible at the same time.
