The Preservatory's exceptional tasting preserves are made in copper pots in small batches using traditional methods and innovative flavour pairings. These preserves are crafted using 'at their peak' in-season fruits, much of which is grown right on their farm, Vista D'oro in South Langley, B.C.

This set includes 3 flavourful jams that are sure to make the perfect addition to a charcuterie board or brunch get-together.

Each jar is 40g.

Figs & Walnut Wine

A delicious & versatile combination of Vista D'oro - fortified walnut wine with perfectly plumped figs.

Ingredients: Figs, sugar, walnut wine, lemon juice. May contain walnuts, sulphites.

Spiced Apple & Gewürztraminer

The right amount of warming holiday spices and sweetness make this preserve a lovely glaze for ham or pork tenderloin.

Peach with Jalapeño 

A combo of juicy peaches and spicy hit of jalapeño chased with a shot tequila - your fish tacos will never be the same!
